Objectives – As a result of applying the Success Planning Process, individuals will:
  • Identify what is important in their professional and personal life
  • Identify and overcome common barriers to creating the life they want
  • Develop and clarify their 3 year successful life vision
  • Identify the life balance they want to achieve within the next 12 months
  • Set goals and develop Action Plans to achieve what's important to them - professionally and personally
  • Gain others' commitment, support, information and resources to help them achieve their goals
  • Track their progress and update their Action Plans to reflect new developments and changes - Build on their successes to make a positive difference in their life
