Vinces focus is strategic initiative support, business development
and general management. Areas of specialization include organizational
assessment, survey development, executive team building, and management
of customer satisfaction initiatives in large corporations. Prior to forming
Humanics in 1980, Vince worked with Xerox for 17 years where he held several
senior management positions at both the corporate and operating group
level including President, Xerox Learning Systems; Vice President, Education
Group Planning and Business Development; and Director of Corporate Management
Consulting Services.

Vincent's current focus is sales and business development, he has led
the transition from a labor intensive consulting and training services
model to an asset based entity. He developed a partnership with Practical
Learning France to distribute Humanics training products in Europe and
secured exclusive distribution rights to LearnSmart. Previously he spent
8 years in customer service, sales operations and sales management roles
at A&E, Starz and E! Entertainment. In Vincent's first tenure at Humanics
he lead the development of the research practice conducting world-wide
research initiatives for client companies. Additionally, he generated
incremental revenue through third party survey hosting and processing.
Diane Byrne

Diane's focus is on sales and client services. She evaluates projects
for additional applications and identifies unmet needs of the corporate
marketplace. She is instrumental in the creation sales and marketing materials
and client proposals. Diane has a twenty year track record developing
sales strategies, evaluating customer programs and creating sales presentations
and support material. She has held sales and marketing management positions
with the following global leaders in the consumer products industry: Unilever,
Max Factor and L'Oreal.

Bev designs customized training solutions aligned with business strategies
to help people develop competencies critical for organization and individual
success. She has a 20 year track record in designing and implementing
customized training programs for major corporations. In 1985, Bev founded
Training & Development Consultants, Inc. (T&DC). She previously
held Training Manager and Corporate Management Development Consultant
positions with Union Carbide. T&DC received the Union Carbide Industrial
Gases Quality Team Award for exceeding customer expectations in the implementation
of the Performance Excellence Process.
Moira Clinton

Moiras primary focus is on business development and sales. Her
background and areas of specialization include cable and broadcast research,
product research sales, and team management. Before joining Humanics,
Moira held positions in sales and research for 13 years, most recently
as Director of Affiliate Research at A&E Television Networks and as
a Research Manager at Blair Television. Her sales executive experience
includes The Arbitron Company, where she sold research to TV stations,
cable networks, broadcast reps and Hispanic networks.

Meg's
focus is on customer and employee survey project management including
project proposals, survey design & development, statistical data processing,
and management report generation. Previously, Meg managed several client
projects working with our lead consultants and customers. She has an extensive
background in systems and technical applications. Prior to joining Humanics,
Meg worked with a private accounting firm that specialized in assisting
small business managers develop financial planning tools for profitable
growth.
Ted Gerber

Ted's primary area of expertise is management training, senior management
team
building, coaching, facilitation of off-site sessions, and negotiations/conflict
management coaching and training. Ted has worked with a wide range of
companies including Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to establishing his
own consulting firm, The Addison Group, Ted was head of US operations
for Krauthammer International, a European headquartered management training
and development company. Teds experience also includes acting as
a third party facilitator assisting both labor and management in resolving
contractual issues by creating win/win outcomes. In this role, Ted trained
people in negotiation skills and conflict resolution techniques.
Bruce L. Gillman

Bruce is a profit-oriented Human Resource and administrative executive
with the ability to create and drive effective organizations. Areas of
specialization include merger & acquisition management, organizational
assessment, human resources planning, and negotiations. Using an operations-oriented,
bottom-line approach in combination with strong administrative and leadership
skills, Bruce has clients in the cable, telecommunications and Internet
industries. Prior to forming Gillman Consulting, Human Resources Management,
Bruce was Corporate Vice President for Cablevision Systems Corporation;
Senior Vice President Human Resources and Administration for Showtime
Networks and Viacom Cable.

Steve is an experienced, entrepreneurial consultant with a track record
of successful business development and project management expertise including
enterprise resource planning, business reengineering, customer relationship
management, quality improvement, and change management. From 1997-2001
he was Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting for corporate clients in
financial services and consumer products, as well as several public sector
engagements. Prior to Deloitte, he was president of his consulting firm
for 10 years serving over 30 corporate clients in both the manufacturing
and service sectors. Steve achieved national recognition as Senior Vice-President
at the American Productivity & Quality Center where he led a national
five-year White Collar Productivity initiative that networked over 30
corporations. Steve holds a Ph.D. in Organization Communication &
Organizational Behavior from Purdue University and is an active member
in the Academy of Management, Association for Quality and Participation,
and the International Communication Association.
Charlotte Pollard

Charlottes focus is creating customized solutions for the human
resource development needs of a variety of organizations. She has designed
customized training programs and materials for executive and management
development, customer service, sales, product and industry knowledge,
and teamwork. Areas of specialization include human resources consulting,
instructional design, program delivery, and team development Prior to
forming POLAR Associates, Charlotte worked with Chase Manhattan Bank as
Vice President of Learning Resources; Chemical Bank as Director of Management
Training; and Berkshire Life Insurance Company as Manager of Sales Training.
Charlotte has been a guest speaker at the American Society for Training
and Development National Conference.

from other cultures and nationalities. Frank worked 2 years as a European
Training manager for Herman Miller and started his professional career
in North America for Goëmar International, a biotech lab specialised
in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutritional applications using seaplants.
Frank Rouault holds a degree at EPSCI - ESSEC with a major in international
business where he teaches since 1997 " selling and negociating across
cultures and entrepreneurship.
In 1994, he was co-author of Une entreprise vous recherche published

Tom Salemme has been consulting to organizations for over 25 years.
He has worked with financial, high technology, customer services, manufacturing,
healthcare, retail, entertainment and service organizations in implementing
organizational improvement programs. Toms expertise includes organizational
development, quality management, business process redesign, self directed
teaming, and survey guided feedback and teambuilding. Prior to forming
his consulting firm, Tom worked at DEC and the American Productivity and
Quality Center where he managed and directed a 10-company research/consulting
project, consulting to a number of Fortune 500 companies in the aerospace,
pharmaceutical and electronics industries.
