Humanics in 1980, Vince worked with Xerox for 17 years where he held several
senior management positions at both the corporate and operating group
level including President, Xerox Learning Systems; Vice President, Education
Group Planning and Business Development; and Director of Corporate Management
Consulting Services.

Bev designs customized training solutions aligned with business strategies
to help people develop competencies critical for organization and individual
success. She has a 20 year track record in designing and implementing
customized training programs for major corporations. In 1985, Bev founded
Training & Development Consultants, Inc. (T&DC). She previously
held Training Manager and Corporate Management Development Consultant
positions with Union Carbide. T&DC received the Union Carbide Industrial
Gases Quality Team Award for exceeding customer expectations in the implementation
of the Performance Excellence Process.

Bruce is a profit-oriented Human Resource and administrative executive
with the ability to create and drive effective organizations. Areas of
specialization include merger & acquisition management, organizational
assessment, human resources planning, and negotiations. Using an operations-oriented,
bottom-line approach in combination with strong administrative and leadership
skills, Bruce has clients in the cable, telecommunications and Internet
industries. Prior to forming Gillman Consulting, Human Resources Management,
Bruce was Corporate Vice President for Cablevision Systems Corporation;
Senior Vice President Human Resources and Administration for Showtime
Networks and Viacom Cable.

Steve is a management consultant with 29 years of experience in guiding more than fifty corporations and government agencies through planning and implementation of strategic initiatives. His breadth of experience spans seven industry groups (aerospace/defense, business services, energy, insurance/financial services, government, healthcare, and manufacturing) and varied initiatives: enterprise resource planning, business process reengineering, quality management, and performance improvement. He has held leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, The Institute, Inc., and The American Productivity and Quality Center. Steve received a doctorate from Purdue University in organizational communication and industrial psychology. He’s a member of the Project Management Institute and the Organization Development Network.

Peter specializes in organization change, focusing particularly on quality as a driver. He has more than 30 years of experience with business analysis, project management and quality initiatives such as Six Sigma. His experience spans high tech, manufacturing, distribution, and financial service (banking and insurance) industries. He founded Renaissance Solutions, Inc. to provide management consulting services to companies seeking to improve operations and product development. Peter was formerly with IBM as manager of software development quality, and senior consultant in the IBM Consulting Group, Business Transformation practice. Peter is a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

Jack has extensive experience as a Senior Human Resources Executive spanning both large public and small private companies. He is a proven leader at developing and implementing human resources solutions that drive business success. His expertise includes HR organization leadership, HR strategic design and deployment, leadership coaching and development, culture change management, organization capability building, executive and professional recruitment, mergers/ acquisitions/ divestitures, succession planning, and executive team participation. Prior to becoming a consultant and partnering with Humanics he spent six years as a corporate officer and member of Sentry Group’s Executive Team as the Vice President of Human Resources. Sentry Group headquartered in Rochester, New York is a global leader in data and document security solutions. Prior to Sentry, Jack spent nearly 30 years with Eastman Kodak Company in a wide variety of HR leadership roles culminating in becoming Global Vice President and Director of Human Resources for the company’s Kodak Professional Division.

Learning International - Achieve global - a training and consulting firm
specialized in sales, management, service, team and leadership development.
While working at Achieve Global, he has created an awareness program on
the cultural dimension of international business and helped thousands
of people develop their ease and effectiveness when working with people
from other cultures and nationalities. Frank worked 2 years as a European
Training manager for Herman Miller and started his professional career
in North America for Goëmar International, a biotech lab specialized
in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutritional applications using sea plants.
Frank Rouault holds a degree at EPSCI - ESSEC with a major in international
business where he teaches since 1997 " selling and negotiating across
cultures and entrepreneurship.
In 1994, he was co-author of Une entreprise vous recherche published
aux LPM. He is author and director of publication for the collection The

AFNOR and has published 7 books in this collection

His passions include sailing and cooking where he published a book
on stuffed vegetables.
