It is the process of development and continuous update of competencies, knowledge and attitudes of someone enabling her/him to have an job or be in a proactive and thoughtful search for a job in the best possible conditions for her/himself, his/her organization and the group in general

The Players

  • The Persons: They are responsible for their development personal and professional ; they bring energy, motivation, skills and the ability to develop them.
  • The Organizations: They provide the people with the means to learn. They bring the goals, the rationale and the means.
  • The Education: It provides the best possible links between academic school and adult learning and they bring the critical skills that are the basis for finding, keeping a job, developing and improving its results.
