We work with Management units and their Teams to help them identify and formalize their priorities for themselves and to concentrate their energy on achieving them. In general, this consists in helping them address a variety of challenges at the same time:

  • Formalizing the business's strategies and priorities in order to provide a medium-term orientation while focusing efforts on short term actions.
  • Jointly producing a "road map" shared with the Executives and consistent with the capabilities of the organization and of the executives and with the latter's aspirations.
  • Ensuring that executive teams and employees share and own their priorities.
  • Focusing employee efforts on the completion of action plans that support the organization's objectives.
  • Fostering employees accountability by providing them with the means to be authors and actors of not only company development but their own.
  • Serving and promoting the sharing of operational expertise and practices.
  • Helping people bring learning as close as possible to doing so that they can accomplish their priorities with optimal performance
  • Continuing being effective in different cultural contexts (countries - businesses)
