Humanics offers clients a customized approach to meet leadership needs that includes assessment to align organizational & personal needs, co-active coaching on a one -to-one basis to build commitment, action planning to improve specific opportunities & issues, accountable coaching sessions to track performance, and post-engagement feedback to measure improvement and future needs.

A typical client engagement includes the following steps:

Initial Client Meeting to review the client current situation and developmental needs
 
2.
Client Proposal to specify client priorities, project scope & parameters, implementation schedule, fees and recommended Humanics coaching corps
 
3.
Client Assessment and Feedback to review client data and Humanics research results to employ the appropriate tools & metrics to deliver value-added-service
 
4.
Client-Coach Assignments to optimize experience/expertise, personality profiles & preferences
 
5.
Individual Client-Coach Co-active Contracting to specify goals & objectives, coaching focus, respective roles & responsibilities, joint commitments, confidentiality, and metrics for measuring progress & results
 
6.
Action Planning and Execution to develop a personal development roadmap for the client & coach to use that tracks progress & accountability as the development process proceeds, and
 
7.
Final Project Review & Feedback to provide the client company and Humanics feedback on results and future opportunities to improve our collective performance.
